updates on my mp4. the same prob happened soon again few days back and i decided to send it for cremation. went all the way to p.s. and handled this nasty thing to the undertaker. she tried to revive it but to no avail. so ta-da its now on its way back to the factory to get a proper funeral.


met des up for dinner and catching up. of coz not forgetting the main reason for the meetup. afterwhich i went back to bpp starbucks to meet the lsg+4bbs and msyeo. had a great catchup with pt and jav abt their life in bmtc. while i can start counting down the torturous days left in camp myself. argh.


met up with nat fee and manda few days back as well to celebrate my super belated bdae. was v glad they all could make it whilst all the super hectic muggin schedule. went to this jap steamboat place at sunset way. and nat was high on... i dunno. mushrooms?

just cam back from movie. need to start preparing to meet up da gang for ce's bdae at jp. ok cya guys!

nth much happened recently except that i got a shock when my mp4 hanged all of the sudden when i was listenin to it. panicked and smsed fee abt it since she has one of the similar players. in vain, i got desperate and pushed the RESET button, risking erasing all my media files. but luckily, everythin was still in place and resumed normal. and just as i was abt to 'phew' in relief. i took another deep breath in when i realised all the system got all screwed up. so its like when u press the PLAY button, the volume will lower. and when u press PAUSE, the player will go to the main menu.

trying not to throw the mp4 out thru the window since its a bdae gift from my sis and im afraid dat karma striked and the mp4 lands on my dad's car, i asked my mom to bring it out with her to work so that i can get it from her later when im out and head over to the creative seller and get it fixed.

and aye. i was too lazy to go out and decided to go get it done the next day ( yest).

when my mom came back from work, i asked her for my mp4 so dat i can prove to my sis that my mp4 went beyond bonkers and justify the intention i had to throw it out thru the window.

and apparently some miracle happened or my mom has amazing healing powers becoz while i was trying to demo the atrocity to my sis, it worked.

i passed my mom the broken dvd player tdy and asked her to bring it to work.

this is like gg to be the best entry for myself. as u know, its already past midnight which means my birthday is offically over. and it reli tempts me to post the 'loot' i got this year. so be it 'showing off' or 'hao-lianing'. Im just lovin it!

hanming and desmond brought me to this japanese restaurant. so authentic they sell a slice of honeymelon for 12.80. obviously we didnt get that but ate some reli costly blackpigmeat dishes. i grumbled when no spoon was given to drink the miso soup. had to reli follow the culture and drink it straight from the bowl! went walkin ard and stopped at a cafe to chill and relax. had good time catching up with des. juicy gossips and future endeavours. thanks hanming and desmond!

i met my sis at bukitpanjang plaza where she pulled me along to harvey norman for a costly yet reali pleasant surprise. yes a mp3. some of you might hav heard me grumble abt always using my phone as my mps. dat bulky ugly looking hp. so my sis decided to get me a proper mp3. not wait, mp4! had quite a hard time choosing one i like and yet reasonably priced since i didnt reli want my sis to spend so much juz on the mp3. in the end i got this! thanks sister!

went kboxing with my cousins today before meeting my sis and yet another pleasant surprise. some might know im always wearing that old torn watch. so now i finally got something to swtich with. and good riddance to my to-do list! thanks yiyi sis and ahfang!

as ive said. i met up with my buds not long ago for my bdae celebration and they got me this red wine which has my name dedicated on it. so its the one and only Siyan's wine! not forgetting my dinner and kbox session were both treated by them! much appreciated! thanks caier, peitang, cheexiong, lion, javier, huixuan, wanping, jojo, ailing!

my mom, needless to say, being the most practical and realistic, gave me a 100bucks angpao and asked me to buy whatever i want to. i still haven decided wat to buy. but no matter wat. mommy i love u most! thanks mom!

i am really really thankful for wat u guys have done. i hav to admit i got touched ( ok abit mushy) when i saw the presents being drawn out from the carriers. this year's birthday was like the best out of the ones i had. words simply cant express my deepheartfelt gratitude for those whom hav one way or another accompanied me thru every phase of my life. i reli enjoyed every tiny weeny bit of my 20th birthday celebration with u guys. u all simply made my day better than better.!

went out with the gang yest for my bdae celebration. really thanked them alot for wat they have prepared. it was really thoughtful and interesting. haha.

we went to billy bombers for dinner and had a good catching-up and spending precious time with pt,cx and jav before they enlist. bdae song bdae 'cake' bdae pressies and all. the gals even prepared a 'lup sup' song for me to sing in the public. super awkward. but hey, at least i was sporting. not forgetting wanting me to remove the candle stand from the 'cake', of which the stand was hidden deep beneath. smart ar u gals. anw thanks alot for everything! much appreciated!

afterwhich the gals left early and the guys went kbox. total havoc! we were like cavemen when the tidbits and platters came. not forgetting the constant whining by them since most of the songs was mine. haha! thanks lion for footing the bill! and thanks ce for sending us back home!

ok guys. went to seok's house for the superduper belated bdae celebration for herself and fee. ordered pizza and stuff. watched dvd and played some cardgames while chitchatting and gossiping ( randomly surfing friendster's profile and mocking it). all in all, im glad we finally got a chance to meetup esp for seok and gordon, it has been like centuries since i last saw them.

might be gg to the foodfare at suntec later. or is it at suntec. aiya dunno. albeit reluctant, i dun think i reli hav a chance.

went cocoon to celebrate pt, cx and jav's last fridaynight as a civilian before they enlist. almost everyone turned up and was spontaneous, even for the girls. had lotsa fun although we didnt really get much chance to sing and had to suffer the horrendous vocals of the uncles down there. shall upload some of the photos here if only i looked glam in it. like i said, i always enjoy gg almost anywhere when theres company like them. the gals inclusive of coz. =))

hav many plans later at night. surprisely im really too free now ( im blogging dats why) but gg to be rather busy later. meeting seok and co for dinner cele later. den the budds wanna either go watch getai at geylang or go prawning. no matter wat, now everything muz be stamped APPROVED by my dear parents first. bye freedom hello curfew.

im worrying abt wats gg to happen later. since i haven called my mom and inform her regardin all the thingys happening later. so to prevent empty promises im telling everyone dat i hav to reach home before 10. so activites after 10 are out for now. shall call my mom later coz we still need to wake up super early, like 7 tmr morning to send my greataunt off back hk.

sometimes ppl are juz too ridiculous to be true. like wat i told huixuan early this morning, to me, everything is abt obligation v.s. spontaneousness. friends who know me well shd know it better.
u want me to do watever i dun like to do, fine i do it now. but next time be prepared for the excuses. or better, if u know i dun like it, dun even ask me.

i'm watching a chnlU show reviewing all the fav food outlets' masterpieces. and suddenly im drooling ( i still am) over the bak ku teh, satay beehoon, oyster omelette. the dishes look damn appetising. i want i want!

speaking of food, i went to collect my long-awaited-for choc cookies from nat. i got 2 bags! its becoz she forgot to make some for me the previous round. so this time, i demanded for 2 bags! i ate one bag in less than 10mins time juz now. yummilicious! v crisp and tasty! nat make more make more!

went to the much-resented place - bk timah juz now. didnt reli wanna go but was thinking of acc pt to spend his remainin few days before he enlists. shun bian kill time while waiting for nat to finish her stuff. i always loathe gg to bk timah for one main reason- the food outlets there are not reli v appealing in the first place. plus my budds always end up playing pool or lan there. and i suck at both. so its like an obvious waste of time for me.

i know its teachers day and quite a number of my frens asked whether i wanna go back to my secsch/ jc. but hey, teachers were always nightmare for me. nths really pleasant except that we got halfday off for their celebration. and they were always getting loads of presents from their students already. those materialistic adolescent, they shd be getting 100/100 for midyrs as the present. so that the respective teachers wouldnt hav to stay back to give them extra lessons. rest time= a zillion times more precious than ur teddy bears.

i really cant wait to ord. and i think im gg to harp on it for the rest of the 5 mths.

im watching this show hosted by jeffwang and marklee travelling to foreign countries. and marklee seriously needs to brush up his command of english. its like disgustingly embarassing since hes like representing us s'poreans.

im now enjoying this superb chilled choc drink mixed with baileys mintchoc. and it simply tastes far more than marvellous. its chocolicious!

all u need is
2 packets of Cadburyhotchoc rdytomake powder
ard 80ml of baileys mintchoc - 80ml = approx 1 vitagen.

make rdy ur extra chocolatey drink, add the baileys in, and den wait for it to cool. afterwhich, put it inside ur fridge to chill it.

and ta-da u get ur orgasmic xtra-chocolatey baileys mintchoc.

ive finally learnt mahjong. okay not that ive perfectly mastered it. but i think i can pass out as a decent player. so now, everyone is invited to challenge me to a game mahjong! its seriously addictive!
