this is so going to be a sucha egoistic entry. i mean, how many ppl will reli suddenly go bonkers and decide to spend a bomb on dishes like this. halo?! we gonna stop all the kopitiam and unhealthy fastfood and start upgradin ourselves! Time for war against low-class food i say!

let me first provide u mountain turtles with some background on Ritz Summer Pavilion. Oh, u mean u dont know locals r also allowed to dine in 6-class hotels restaurant? aww. how sad. Nvm i shall be privileged to bring u ard virtually! Dun blink!

so i met gf up at Cityhall and we walked a distance before we finally reached Ritz Carlton Summer Pavilion. 皇上驾到!! Arrival of Emperor Lai!

the place is freaking nice i tell u. the ambience the plants the chinawaitress the utensils the chairs the tables. i almost hav orgasms there!

Not to mention the business associates there! there were so many guys in blazer and all dat bullcrap shit! i mean, wat if they r some CEO of some big enterprises like Armani Xchange or Levis?! and they spot me as a potential successor of their companies! WORTHHHYY~~!! extra reason y u shd dine in high class restaurants and stop thinking of being scouted by Bosses of giodarno or bossini!

and so we ordered the DimSum lunch menu. which consists vaguely of :

mouth-watering isnt it?! to hell with fishball noodles and chicken rice!

we started out with some dimsum which is miraculously filled with fresh juicyyy prawns. WOAH!

and den we proceed to their main dishes.

First up, double boiled soup of the day. DAMN ORGASMIC!!!! SUPER DUPER NICEEEE!!! it has herbs and meat inside. and its simply incredible for a simple soup. plus dat its real filling for a bowl of soup.

and next we had this!! yum yum!

and THIS! unexpected. steamed sea perch! its steamed!! steamed! horny!



although its alot. but we conquered it!! VOOLA!



last but not least! Dessert! Chilled yam paste with sago! Smooth like silk!
