this is the continuous version of mi 'scoldin' dat big-time bastard...

everytime i think abt how we became ventures and how we unite togther.

his image juz came in, sneakily.

okae. i admit dat last time, we did hav diff cliques in our venture unit

but the situation hav improved tremendously...

we tried to involve everyone in wateva things dat we r doing

but some, or one perhaps, oways like to do things solo, as in literally by himself.

so wats the point of team spirit? when everyone tried hard to accomplish somethin.

but u juz don wanna be part of the committment.

once u got the job for the female recruitment...

u didnt even plan it well

everythin was last-min

and worse,

u didnt even turn up for dat most impt day, when eveyone was in a lost.

juz becoz someone said somethin dat is not pleasant to u.

but so wat? we need criticisms and comments to grow stronger isnt it.

u cant even take a small comment.

how petty.

maybe u juz don wanna face up the cock-up situation due to ur incompetence.

and we showed u. we don even need ur useless help in order to prevent the recruitment from been a cock-up.

u better juz stand aside and gain the credit after everytime we accomplished a big project.

and shame on u being one of our chairman.
